IN THE WORKSHOP

1. THE DESIGN

1. THE DESIGN

Every creative process begins with images, colors, fabrics, music… anything can be an inspiration for a design. That translates to many scribblings, sketches that then become, after many refinements, the final designs.

2. THE MAKING

2. THE MAKING

Once the design is on paper, it is then drawn directly on the last to get the patterns for that design. These are then cut in fabric or leather and sown together to return to the last. Once the upper pattern is on the last the rest of the elements are added, like any apliques, the insole and outsole, or the heel. The mounted shoe is taken out of the last and fitted directly on a foot to be able to make any necessary adjustments before making the final product.

3. THE RESULT

3. THE RESULT

Several fittings will be needed to adapt the shoe before reaching the final design. Once everything is perfect on the foot, the design is created on the selected fabric or leather. When the product is finalized, it is protected and put into the corresponding boxes with the appropriate labelling. They are now ready to be sold.
